Since I'm so nice, I've even gone to the trouble of searching for it, opening the link, downloading the zip file, opening the document and copying the text for you:
"That the directors be authorised and permitted to advance a loan to ………….. (insert name), a director of the company, of ………….. (insert amount), to enable him to ………….. (insert the reason for the loan). Such sum to be on the following terms as to payment and interest …………………. (set out the terms)."
Why would you need a resolution for a Director's Loan, especially if under £10k?
