Substitute to hold its own insurance ?

    Hi
I am looking to engage a sub ( who has her own ltd company) and was wondering if I should have a clause in my company contract with hers that’s they should hold public liability and indemnity insurance ? Or is it a fact that since I am putting the sub at my end client my insurance should cover them ?
    Thanks
