Change of Control clause on IT Support agreement

I've been asked to add a clause to address the Change of Control in my company, given the customer the rights to withdraw from the agreement in case I lose the majority of the shareholding or I sell my company to someone else. Would anyone have an example of such clause in an service agreement? All I find around are related to borrowing or lending agreements. Any help is much appreciated!

Are you planning to sell your company ??

Thought not - continue as is and sign

They probably got burned by someone else doing this hence they are asking everyone
