Good, simple, two way NDA?

Normally I am happy to proceed with a verbal promise that I will keep their secrets, but a potential client has said they need an NDA, AND they are being really slow in providing theirs. I want to be ready with my own in case I need to provide them with one at short notice.

(PS I have been googling and searching these forums and FAQs but without success. I found something from 2017 which suggests that many people don't like signing NDAs)

It's one way though. Why would you want a 2 way NDA? Just have 2 x 1-way NDAs.
You can have a copy for half the IPSE+ membership costs.

I feel that a two way NDA would be putting both companies on an equal footing whereas if I asked them to agree to 2 NDAs then they would just refuse to sign the one which put any obligation on them.
