    Professional insurance

I am closing my company at the end of the month and was going to cancel my Hiscox insurance.

They phoned and suggested that I take out insurance in case a claim is made against me after I have left my current client, is it possible to claim against me after my company after has closed down?

In theory, no. Unless you have committed fraud, or the company is forced back on the Register due to unpaid debts etc.
