    Upgraded to one of the new Virgin Bundles recently??

    I upgraded recently to the Virgin Media Big Kahuna bundle, TIVO, faster BB etc...

    My monthly bill would then drop by about £8.

    On the first bill I had expected additions, and also a £30.55 that I could not work out what it was for.

    Turns out they have a problem with upgrades and pro-rata billing, they tried to over charge me by more than £36.

    Keep your eyes open for these additional unfounded charges.

    I asked him what would have happened if I hadn't rung up and he acknowledged that no one would have done anything.
    Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.

    Be wary of Virgin if you need to use VPN, I'm plagued with client users with dropped connections and the common factor is Virgin home BB.
    Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

      WHS ++

      VM is now owned by Liberty Global.

      The classic trick from the LG owned ISP I used to be with is slipping on extras which should be easy to contest, but you only have 10 days to do so.

      And of course it takes them about 8 days to actually put that letter in the post.

      Watch your bills carefully.

        They are currently trying to buy out the ISP I use in cloggers, hope it gets blocked as it will be a mare billing wise.
