      Yeh yeh, the British. But all rather low figures aren't they? Many nations would score higher in opinions I suggest, and 1,3,5,6,7 would certainly be higher in reality for some. For example, there's a reason why many migrants prefer the UK to France and it isn't just about benefits as some suggest.
