    To dissolve or leave dormant?

Having been a contractor for some 8 years now, I'm in the permiedom for now.
I think I'll be here for at least a couple of years until my options vest, possibly longer.
I'm thinking it's best to properly close the company down rather than leave it dormant.
None of the clients I worked with, cared much about how long the company was trading for, so I'd rather start from scratch next time, if I ever resume that is.
    What do you think?
