Narp...catrose is probably supping from the well of the toilet! This is what mine do.
If its still alive after a month, it is getting its water from somewhere.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Also you shouldn't be giving it milk as cats lose tolerance to lactose once they have matured.
You might also try putting their water away from their food as cats do not like having water next to the food bowl.Comment

As long as it's lactose free milk (The stuff all pet stores have) it's fineSocialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

Yes, I've read cats think water near food is contaminated.
And in the wild, drinking is hazardous.
Will try spreading a number of bowls around the place.
TIL that domestic cats instinctively don't want to drink from the water bowl next to their food, and therefore seek it out first elsewhere in the house, because in the wild any water next to their kill might be contaminated. : todayilearnedone day at a timeComment
