Replacement of MP's

It would be a good idea to replace these pointless freeloading MP's with some well established businessmen, like Richard Branson or Alan Sugar. Surely these people have earnt their positions and proved to be a fighter and battler.

I cant see how one day an MP is Home secretary then the next day Foreign Secretary ? each MP background should reflect the roles they play. How many MP's do we actually have and pay for ? some 600-700, of which most arent even in power !
