      They must have realised what every person on this board knows already, ie that most of the Indians' skills are pretty poor, hence the reversal of the trend. Which begs the question, why are they still exporting them to the UK?

          Nothing new. The americans are going to be account managers and salesmen, not technologists. People who can take the American clients out to the baseball like their US competitor consultancies can.
