Tonight I will be having haddock, fried in oil, plus salad and chips (cooked properly in a fryer).

I'm great at taking chips out of the freezer.

You fry salad?

Is that some kind of Scottish "five a day"

I dont want to have to fly to switzerland to fry, i want to choose to fry in my own home...You can't fry in Switzerland. First, it annoys the neighbours, so is forbidden under the house regulations. Second, the altitude is too great to get the oil up to a proper temperature.
