Key to a long life is a waist measuring less than half your height
Someone was telling me how sumo wrestlers are actually quite healthy, despite their weight. Something to do with eating a specific diet to gain weight but doing exercise as well, rather than the western way of getting fat through stuffing your face with crap whilst being too lazy to get up off the sofa.
I'm 47% BTW. Now what shall I do with my extra 20 years of life?

I would guess that this is to do with the differences between being fit/strong and being over weight. You can be very fit and very strong but still have a high level of body fat.
Although whether this is actually 'healthy' is a different question!
