    How does the owner know that the surgeon didn't just buy a new one from a pet store, and throw the old one in the bin?

            Thank Cod he's ok. They were cutting it fin with the surgery. Sounds like he's in a good plaice now though. The surgeon must have put his heart and sole into the op. Just hope he doesn't flounder as he recovers.

              oh don't worry he will scale new heights, don't think he is fin-ished but we could be gillty of false hope.But he Roe-se again. One needs to be careful when they buy fish especially when very young ones they may be infected as I always say its caviar emptor.
