    No it's not.

    No country votes for independence if they don't have a war or decades of proper violent civil conflict.

                  Inverclyde:
                  No: 50.08%
                  Yes: 49.92%

                  North Ayrshire:
                  No: 51.01%
                  Yes: 48.99%

                  North Lanarkshire:
                  No: 48.93%
                  Yes: 51.07%
