Mortgages for contractors

Not sure if generals the best place for this new thread.

Advice please on a good place to start for contractor friendly mortgages.

It's been a few years and times have changed since I had a mortgage.

Information on independent advisors or details of lenders with good rates who understand the contract market would be very helpful.

I have 3 years worth of accounts and the loan to value would be between 75 - 80 %
