Talent Spa - 90% take home!

Got an email today form this lot:

Usual bollocks - Umbrella or LTD? Take home 90%‏

"The most tax efficient way to contract in the UK

We provide access to a range of tax-efficient working options for contractors who seek a more financially rewarding outcome than using an umbrella company or limited company.

They forget to add the lines about when HMRC catch up with you, you'll have to pay up with interest and penalties and you'll be worse off than if you just paid the right amount to begin with.

IIRC there was a thread for this type of thing wasn't there? Can this lot be added.

How do these people get your email in the first place.

Maybe someone is selling contractor lists.

I registered on JobSite a couple of weeks ago and have a noticeable increase in spam since. I've also had cold calls from "Tax Specialists" whose opening line is "We came across your CV on <job board>, are you looking for work at the moment."

I'm guessing they are signing up as recruiters and harvesting contact info from there.

I get them all the time. Gmail automatically flags them as spam and gets rid of them for me.
