          He jumped into bed with the tories during the campaign. The tories only care about themselves and Brown couldn't resist jumping into the spotlight.

          It was obvious from the get go the promise was no such thing.

          Better petition would be for a 2nd referendum in the event no powers are delivered before the general election.
