    It's not just IT that's getting Bob'd

Voice over actors will be quaking in their boots...

Check out 1.33 for the pronunciation of Esophagus
    Stomach at 1.44
    Anus 4.15

The sad thing is KS2 kids are probably going to be seeing these in the next year or so...

Mod note: As pointed out below - the whole thing is a student project run by and for Indian school kids, so this is not evidence of off-shoring beyond the borders of IT, but rather evidence of NLUK not exercising due diligence before betraying his prejudices.

Really dislike the racial tone around the 'Bob' stuff on here.

Maybe that's how "esophagus" is pronounced, it isn't how "oesophagus" is pronounced

I didn't get as far as the anus...

I don't actually think IT is really getting Bob'd.... I am finding that companies are willing to pay for quality more and more these days.

you think if we started releasing poor quality voice overs in Urdu we wouldn't get the mick taken out of us?

Bob originally refers to cheap and poor quality labour imported to cut costs . The fact so many examples come from India is an observation many people make.

                Still plenty being hired.

Well given the whole thing is a student project run by and for Indian school kids I think the accent is perfectly acceptable.
