Got lots of Giant Hogweed in our garden. Neighbour's shed is just over the fence and always been tempted to smear the juice on his tools. It causes a painful sensitivity to light that can last for years apparently. But that looks even better! I could kill the b*.

PS That reminds me. Lilies are supposed to be fatal to cats. Must get some.

There's certain legal responsibilities you have then. E.g.

You are not obliged to remove or treat invasive plants, but you must not:

allow invasive plants to spread onto adjacent land - the owner of that land could take legal action against you
plant or encourage the spread of invasive plants outside of your property - this can include moving contaminated soil from one place to another or incorrectly handling and transporting contaminated material and plant cuttings

We rented a house a few years back, which had a gardening service paid for by the landlord. We warned the gardener that there was giant hogweed growing, but he just shrugged it off with a "daft foreigner, I'm the expert here" kind of attitude. He got a nasty burn from it, as he hacked at it while not wearing gloves.

        Sounds fun.

Is playing with the devil's helmet worse than playing with satan's doorbell?
