Why did we get the £1.7bn bill?

Apparently, we are now required to include economic activity from prossies and drugs deals and this bumped our performance up significantly.

France and Germany are getting a rebate this time around so perhaps they need some aid in those departments to bring them into line with our current success or did all their prossies, pimps and dealers come over here.

I think Merkel arranged it just to get a refund.

Its a punishment for the UK being one of a handful of countries in the world that allow retrospective legislation.

About time it was made illegal. Retrospectively.....

France and Germany who did the research get a refund.

Well off countries such as UK have to pay a surcharge because the economy (banking) is so good.

Greece has to pay a surcharge because… they are Greek.

The poorest EU country Bulgaria has to pay a surcharge which is a bit puzzling since Bulgaria has been a net contributor to the EU but the EU hasn't been paying Bulgaria monies due for development for several years.

Small farmers are going out of business in the EU but the farm subsidies are being paid to large corporations instead.

According to reports though, drugs and sex turnover exceeds that of farming. Does that mean we will start getting Common Bonking subsidies instead of CAP payments?

They're just jealous we have more coke and hookers than they do and want to penalise us for it.

On the upside though, they are more likely to bring it back here and spend it because their hookers and drugs are clearly of inferior quality.

But then, Isn't that how the CAP scheme started up lol.

So it's NLyUK's fault then? I'd have included Andyw's mum in this but we all know she doesn't charge.
