Would anyone here want to work with an organisation that prohibits discussion, especially by abusive means such as attempting to apply copyright to a discussion?

Apart from the chance that they may protect you from IR35 they dont seem to be much use at all. If you aint happy, ditch them.

How can they do that then? Oh, by paying you as a disguised employee, FFS I'll do that for anybody on the board for £20 pw.
Mind you, I wouldn't give you the same benefits as other companies may claim to, such as, well, errm, factoring your invoices, that's it.
      Why not?

Ideas can't be copyrighted and discussion is by definition not monologue, so it can't be copyrighted. This sounds awfully familiar to one of the religions cults that Chico-pimps pimp around.
