        No idea how webcam traffic is so easily exploited. Notice even an image of baby sleeping in his or her cot.

        Is this the result of consumer ignorance not knowing how to set up the security of their network?

          Yep - from what I gather it's people who've set up port forwarding to their IP cam so that they can access it remotely, but not bothered to change the password or anything. That, and I expect that many of the cheapo IP cams just have crap security anyway.
