Getting a new induction hob installed this week but don't want to replace my favourite omelette pan or espresso maker.
Anyone have an induction hob and use a metallic heat diffuser for non iron/steel pans?
Any good? Any horror stories? Or should I just man up, buy new and stop treating this place like mumsnet.
