    Chinese names for British landmarks?

Appeal for Chinese to create names for British landmarks - Telegraph

Will this mean the world's language(American) might be overtaken by Chinese?

The Home Office is close to a major breakthrough on simplifying the UK visa application process for Chinese visitors, in the face of intense pressure from businesses.

Britain has resolutely refused to join the Schengen system, which allows access to 26 European Union countries on a single visa, meaning that the UK is missing out on an estimated £1.2 billion a year of lost revenue from Chinese visitors.

The way Chinese language is constructed it makes sense to give Chinese names; it makes it much easier. Also the Chinese culture of using numbers is not just reserved for food. Children from an early age memorize by numbers.

To do a masters at the local university it's about 5300 quid for a native, the university get to charge the non native anything from 15000 to 25000.

I would imaging they can call anything what they want at that university.
