    Insane in the membrane

How do you reconcile the two competing facts:
    1. A fully frictionless market yields no particular competitive advantage nor a local monopoly to any particular player.
    2. The project is about making the system more efficient (frictionless) so that the company has lower TCO.

I think I am getting a little more insane as days go by - I am told to optimise and deliver, but if I deliver too well I get criticised for creating a market that is too competitive where the org has no upper hand.

In other words make it a little more efficient, just not too efficient.

I don't even know what the feck it means.
I'm not even an atheist so much as I am an antitheist; I not only maintain that all religions are versions of the same untruth, but I hold that the influence of churches, and the effect of religious belief, is positively harmful. [Christopher Hitchens]
