    Skills in short supply

    What are the "short supply" skills these days in the contracting market other than "Big data", "Cyber security" and sharepoint related. I have picked up some contracting business and may use it to get back into the market and I need to know which type of people to be nice to

                well we normally need 5 years experience in SQL server 2050, Previous experience as a world leader (a president, prime minister or dictator we have heard of) and the ability to work for minimum wage.
