    Like an NCIS episode:

    Dead body of aspiring actress found in city water tank after residents complain of "strange taste" - Mirror Online


    I remember ZeitMater relating how the tap water tasted funny back in the 1930s.

    Apparently there was a dead horse in the reservoir.
