"Wondering what kind of business to launch? Look no further

Quirky cafés, 3D printed products, and Peruvian food are trends that should be exploited by UK start-ups this year, according to a new report.

Small business website Startups.co.uk has picked 14 “erupting” trends, which are set to become hot business opportunities over the next 12 months.

High-growth areas include cycling safety accessories such as the fashionable Hiplok bike lock, high-protein products for those doing high-intensity exercise, and “free from” foods for increasingly niche diets.

Companies House start-up registrations are set to soar beyond 600,000 and the emergence of Peruvian cuisine could be a lucrative niche for new entrepreneurs, the study found.

Peru’s popular grain quinoa has become a frequently used “superfood”. Less than 5pc of people in the UK have eaten Peruvian food at home yet 47pc would like to try it, Mintel will report in its next World Cuisines analysis."

Well according to Top Gear, they eat beaver in Tierra del Fuego. I am sure that would catch on quickly esp looking at those two in your picture.

It's the food of yummy mummies, and don't forget to call it KEEN-WAAAH.

Personally, it gives me the runs.
