BBC News - Wheelie bin given parking ticket in Carmarthen

For goodness' sake, this was a perfect PR opportunity to show even traffic wardens are people and the council has to be a dick about it?

You have got to remember some mealy mouthed middle class dolt has spent the last 25 years of their lives building a tiny empire in Carmarthen council in a pointless attempt at proving their are important.

Incidents like this just bring home the pointless futility of their lives to them while they realise they have done nothing of value and so they get up set and all indignant.

There is nothing funny about it...
