My boss is a control freak, brown noses, very political and likes to keep his developers in the dark - rotates them often to keep them from getting a power base.

But each day I leave I think "boom!".. I just banked another nice holiday!

2 more years, if I can survive in the market for just 2 more years ... Then I'm OUT.
