Second Home Buildings Insurance - Any Providers ?

We are in the process of buying a second home for weekend use (not buy to let) and am struggling to get buildings insurance as it is a second home. A couple of companies have said that if we do a weekly check they can provide some cover. However we do not live close enough to be checking weekly, and do not really know anyone local who can do this for us.

So does anyone know of any providers who we can provide second home buildings cover without the need to have to visit the property regularly ?

Because it's lying empty you'll always have difficulty finding cover. We had a similar situation with our holiday place, we used a company called Jeffery Associates - Chartered Insurance Brokers to broker a deal for us. £800 for the year.
