Is Liverpool a Safe place during daylight hours?

I am off there for a meeting tomorrow

I shall be arriving at Liverpool Lime Street and wondering if I will get stabbed, offered drugs or get accosted for money by a teen with a baby in a pushchair?

And also what will it be like after I have leave the station?

    Thanks in advance..

                  Alas I am afraid not..

Once I have trawled through the depressing streets of pound shops and cash convertors I shall find myself a little place to wash off the grime in readiness for my meeting in the Stanley Street Quarter (sounds so very nice).

then back to lovely Hertfordshire before afternoon tea.
