    agent / recruiter login jobserver

I am curious to know what do agents/employers see when they log into jobserve?
can they see type of contracts I searched for etc?
and if im applying for more contracts?

    thanks for contributing

No. Even if they can that shouldn't bother you.

You are getting yourself bothered too much. Just apply and forget.

I did apply! but on couple of occasions I received call from compute future after i started a new job(perhaps because they found my info on jobserve), but i wondered if agencies/ clients/employers ever test new employee/ contractor to see if they still are looking for better role etc? do they go as far as sending fake email with job advert to see if you will reply ?

I had a contract under negotiation once and applied for another one. The agent from the first contract phoned me and asked what was going on. Apparently he had an alert on my account.

I had case where agents put me forward for a job, and then I get calls from other agents asking if I have been put forward else where ... it sounds suspicious to me... i guess they do some kind of tricks and integrity test maybe? maybe they ask their colleague from different agency or places they worked before to contact us and suck information out of us .... maybe they even have a shared database with more info about us ? or perhaps job serve helping them to trace our movement and job search ... the other day I noticed jobserve keeping track of keywords I search for ...

Someone should line the sock drawer with tin foil, the paranoia is strong in this one.
