Most women marry just so they can get their hands on some free money and most will not bat an eyelid when they extract every penny out of the sad bloke, and then, like a leech, when they are done with one guy they go and pounce on another.

        How sexist

What does she think she is, some pointy eared vegetarian flowering pressing hippy

She should get a job and support herself
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Hopefully the government then sues her for the costs of the benefits they gave her to help raise the couple's son.

Well they have charged wrongly convicted prisoners food and accommodation costs, so it's only fair.

What about her second husband as well? Is she asking him for money? If she wins I think it could set a horrible precedent and I'm going to change my name
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I thought if you remarried spousal maintenance stopped? I still don't understand why ex wives who had no part in creating the wealth should get any spousal maintenance or significant share of wealth.

Those with Kids of course should be treated differently.

CSA were involved so he should have been assessed properly for maintenance at the time.

No IF about it now, she has won!

I guess it all depends on the payout, if she is claiming for support for their child from the time he got wealthy till he was 18 I can see that as reasonable, but given the CSA already rejected a claim I am not sure how its for the son's interest. If she is just looking to be set up for life then I think she has a shock coming given the Judge has said the £1.9m she is asking for is too much
