    How should a Contractor Vote?

I suspect that Conservatives make natural contractors because they value the independence and the ability to be entrepreneurial.

However, over the years, I came across more Socialists than Conservatives.

(I met one Socialist contractor who called for "redistribution of wealth" while stashing cash in offshore accounts and claiming income support.)

Labour introduced IR35 but I suspect many still vote Labour

So how do contractors vote? and why?

I doubt you'll find any NewLie voters on here except for our Socialist friends, Jabber and Benno. They still think "sleaze" is shagging your secretary, rather than selling the country down the river for a few million in party donations.

How do those contractors born abroad with a tinge of yellow and in their skin and well skilled in the art of kung fu, vote?

And next week’s “Any Questions” comes from Bangalore with an invited audience of IT migrants.

Whoever you vote for you still get the Government
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Reminds me of that old joke.

Someone once pointed out that most people on here would vote for Hitler if he reduced their tax bill.
