    Amanda Knox acquitted

The Leeds University student's body was found under a duvet in her bedroom, which had been locked from the inside
Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito acquitted of Meredith Kercher murder - BBC News

The only TV I ever watch ( apart from news and The Simpsons) are detective dramas. So which crime genius would have solved the mysterious Kercher case first? Jonathan Creek, Sherlock, Father Brown or that bloke in Death in Paradise?

Gene Hunt. Since he was already dead he could have just asked her whodunnit. And then we could have admired Keeley Hawes parading about for the rest of the episode

Well I guess she's free to cash in on her story now.

For the record, I always thought she was a wrong ' un but that's trial by media for you.

None of this, of course, brings any comfort to poor Meredith's family.

The only important question is would Mich

Personally, marks out of ten, I'd give her one
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Sadly the only dodgy too indecent to be published photos of anyone vaguely famous I've taken are of Katie Hill

              So that's a no

The prosecution's case was not particularly well put together.

Firstly there was an Albanian "schizophrenic" who saw them brandishing knives on that stormy night, except it wasn't stormy, and the guy was obviously a nut case.

The confession from Knox after shouting at her and slapping her around a bit.

Knox's finger prints on a kitchen knife in her flat...ah surprise surprise, I mean is this evidence ?

The deal offered to the guy who actually murdered Mercher, that if he implicated Knox they'd reduce his sentence, ....oh look, there's another witness.

                ...and the motivation....sex games!!!

I can handle the burglar with a history of knife crime, raping and killing his victim, but I have difficulty with the rest of their case. We'll never know what happened that night but I think she deserved to be acquitted.
                I'm alright Jack

I think the "I've got my life back" witterings were quite distasteful.

                    Bloke in Death in Paradise.

He's the nerdiest of them and doesn't make stupid conclusions about forensic evidence.

You get to have a look at his female side kick in small clothes and I get to laugh at their attempt at male eyecandy.
