Wondering why there were loads of English moving to Scotland just before the referendum

Heard that on radio Scotland the other day.

At the very least it reassures me with the belief I always had, from friends and family, that the majority of Scots were united during the referendum. I hope that spirit remains and they never give up hope.

16 - 49 year old non house owning catholic males born in Scotland

Then we can be assured of removing the Northern leper colony from the Union

The franchise was based on residency, not place of birth. Scots not resident in Scotland couldn't vote at all.
