Just seen someone try and glass a ticket inspector

It started off with four teenagers being kicked off the train for having no tickets and no money

Then some chav pretended not to be able to speak English then went for the full De Niro

"You talking to me" etc etc

Till the inspector shouted to the driver don't move the train till I can remove this passenger

Next thing I know said Chav gets a bottle out and tried to glass the Inspector only being stopped by three commuters jumping them and literally throwing them off the train

I'll soon be in Victoria, but really I feel for the Inspectors having to deal with this kind of thing everyday, I'm sure they don't even have anti stab vests

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Can't they just shoot them in the face and make everyone's life better?

No shortage of scum about, at least some passengers helped there.

Larry Niven's Organ Banks idea continues to gain merit with each one of these incidents.

I don't feel for ticket inspectors on trains.

Then again on the line I use most frequently passengers are guilty until proven innocent.

They use to threaten you with the police when it was your oyster card that was screwed up, their barriers had a malfunction or you were allowed to use them as an alternative route....

I told my wife this story and she asked - which side? And was the train moving?

Jobsworth twat or not, I reckon that trying to glass one is going a tad far.

The platform side sadly, and no the train was stationary

The inspector had already told the guard to not move the train till the oik had moved

The fact passengers knew the train was going nowhere till the oik was evicted proved the most efficient way to get the train moving again

Thanks to my size and martial arts background, I once helped throw a scallie out of the train. Even got a round of applause

Sadly, the train was stationary and I disposed off the scum on the platform side
