        They say it's 90% diet and 10% exercise. Explains why I haven't lost a pound, also alcohol is the worst offender empty calories that require servicing by a kebab late at night isn't going to melt the fat away!

            Quite you cannot at whilst exercising and you do not feel much like eating afterwards. I think a lot of people eat out of boredom

              What ze others said. I have been quite strict with my portion control and also been taking regular exercise over the last month.

              The result - lost close to 8 pounds

              @MF - Follow my lead and you will start looking attractive.
