I only rent to people in work as I live in the South and everyone works and doesn't claim benefits. I assume this impacts the workshy scrounging North though.

Read what I wrote again. Especially the second half of the statement Working Tax Credit...

And remember that the biggest part of housing benefit is not those who are unemployed, disabled or retired but people who are working but don't earn that much...

What are the implications of this then?

I don't even know what working tax credits are... Isn't this how the tax payer subsidises global corporations so they can pitch up here and pay their staff f all?

Let me reiterate. I live in the South, where everyone is rich and in work (decent jobs) and so don't rent to people on Housing Benefits or those low earners who need working tax credits. Just because the North is shit.
