So Christoper Lee dead, Alan Whicker dead
Any chance of a spoof 'The Whicker Man' film is goneSocialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

One of the greats and probably my favourite actor of all time.
I say this as a huge fan of Gothic horror & anything that came out of the Hammer/Amicus studios.
Goes without saying he was the best Dracula but his Frankenstein was excellent too and took the monster away from the Karloff bolts through the neck stereotype.
My favourite role was his Duke de Richelieu in the Devil Rides Out (where he played a good guy for once). When you've got the devil in your face, old Chris with a bottle of holy water and a few well rehearsed incantations is the man you want by your side.
RIP Chris and thanks for scaring the bejeezus out of me before those long cycle rides through the woods past the old ruined mill on my way home after watching the Saturday night double horror on BBC 2 at my mate's house.Last edited by Gumbo Robot; 11 June 2015, 13:46.Comment
