    Essential tools, tips and apps

I’m just about to start out in the wonderful world of IT contracting (great timing given the recent budget I know, but I’m not letting that put me off). I’ve done lots of reading and soaking up this site for a few weeks but wondered if anyone could contribute their best websites, mobile apps and any other resources they consider absolutely essential for someone starting out.

    Thanks

Check out the stickies in the professional fora and Technical.

Mods pls move this to a more appropriate place before the responses put the OP off contracting altogether

No point contracting any more. Haven't you heard?
