              yes there does seem to be a very international feel to the list. I wonder if that has been included in the benefits to the nation calculations.

                Customs and tax are now lumped into one and the namers and shamers at HMRC probably pick the scariest looking ones for some kind of subliminal effect. There is bound to be an element of smugglers dumped into the tax dodger pot.
