    ukwindowshostasp.net- Website has Died

I posted a while ago on hosting options for an Umbraco CMS based site for a client of mine.

Inevitably I made the wrong choice

    Went with these guys

Been with them 2 months & client rang this morning to say that they can't access the site. All you see is the Plesk default page.

Have raised numerous support tickets, sent emails. No reply. They checked out ok when I was looking into hosting this.

What's the next step? Client is going mad & they owe me money...

The domain name sounds low rent and spammy, never a good sign.

Would you buy a car from www.ukcarsautosmotorsspecialniceprice.co.uk ?

I thought discountasp.net was INKSPE, I didn't realise someone would consider that an expensive hosting option

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

It seems they don't have a telephone. I guess being based in London they can't afford one. Never go with a company you can't phone and speak to a bod within 5 minutes. And if a Bob answers the phone, forget it!

Yep. I now realise that was probably an oversight on my part.

Client owes me money & they're probably going to sue me now...

I've just been through some old support tickets & there is a distinct lack of the definite article in the responses e.g.

If you google literally the customer reference from Lucas W "Convenience, value, and service are the reasons I’ve hosted three businesses" it looks like he hosts his 3 businesses at a feck lot of places and changes his name quite a bit.
