It certainly was when I was there, although they were actively cutting back on contractors and bringing in permanent staff. Problem was on the area I was in it was the contractors who had built it and made it work and they replaced them with permies who knew noting about it. when GDS took over.

It's the only ex-client I tell agents I won't go back to.
