    52,000 T2 last year (not including dependants) of those 36,000 were ICT's

              Interesting question : What will happen to Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa holders operating LTD's when blanket IR35 hits. Will they all be deemed employed and against the terms of their Visa?

              No more Tier 1 contracting?

                    Tax rules are often different from commercial/immigration, it won't make a difference
