" A British man was arrested in Warsaw after allegedly trying to rob a bank using prewritten notes because he could not speak Polish, local media reported.
The 33-year-old man approached the cashier at the bank in centre of the Polish capital and produced a picture of gun he had drawn himself.
He then pulled out another card with: "This is a robbery. I have gun. Give me the money," written in Polish.
“The cashier kept her head and told him to rejoin the queue,” said Agnieszka Wlodarska from the Warsaw police. “She then called the police.”
The man, who has not been named owing to reporting restrictions, apparently followed the cashier’s instructions and sat down with other people waiting to be served. "
