So less trust worthy than a Call Me Dave 'Cast Iron Guarantee'
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

In 2014, 13% of people living in the UK had been born abroad, taking the foreign-born population to 8.3m.
And simpletons like Mauve Monkey here think US "Boomers" have cause high UK house prices.

How about lots more people, not that many more houses over the same period.

It doesn't show any signs of slowing either, I read somewhere that England is more densely populated now than the Netherlands.

Fantastic news for those with lots of property and land.

House prices will rise and rise, rent out every square inch to every 3rd World immigrant. Such a simple and profitable business model.

We're #51 in the world. Plenty of room left.

Expect a green and pleasant area near you to be subjected to a mass building programme sometime soon.

I was talking to a bloke the other night on the train down to Bristol & he was saying that they're building another Bradley Stoke type development in the north of Bristol and its whole viability was predicated on the most insanely naive assumptions.

One of which was that there would be no significant increase in traffic congestion as extra bus routes would be put in place and everyone would want to use the bus

15 according to that list and it is for the entire UK including the uninhabited wastelands of Scotland and Wales

Not at the expense of our countryside!

And it's not just a question of space. More important is infrastructure. Haven't you noticed how crowded it is when you take a train, drive your car anywhere, visit a hospital A&E department?
