    Cottage Industry

Has anybody ever stated a small scale operation from their domestic premises with a view to growing it to a viable business?

I'm thinking in the first instance would it be possible to keep things sufficiently under the radar so as not to attract the attention of the authorities and so therefore not need to pay business rates and such like.

I have a very large chicken shed over the back and I'm considering staring a packaging business with some plant I've acquired from a local factory.

    Anybody done anything similiar?

If you want to package chickens I think there are a lot of H&S regs to follow.

If it's for Halal, you have to choke the chicken first I think.

        There are no chickens.

I have acquired some bagging plant so I'm looking at the possibility of offering a bagging service to anyone who would have a need for the packaging into sacks of anything in powder or granulated form.

Local agriculture I guess would be my target market.

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Best to ask Fatlazycontractor then. He's an expert in it.

Have you considered tea? I understand that gentlemen in some of the more metropolitan areas of the country love a bit of tea-bagging.

I take it you are you not familiar with the Doboy Bagger.
